Qualifications

• Associate degree or CAD certification required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• High-level computer and technical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must pass drug/alcohol screening.
• Ability to self-manage and communicate with supervisors.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing work environments.

Responsibilities

• Process and draft using Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.
• Download field survey data from data collectors.
• Create final survey plans including existing conditions, certified plot, topographic, subdivision, and ALTA plans.
• Multi-task on various projects and meet deadlines within time constraints.
• Create preliminary and/or final sketches using CAD/drafting equipment.
