Job summary

Tindall Corporation in the Southeast U.S. seeks an entry-level Design Drafting Associate to support the design and fabrication of precast structures.

Prepare shop tickets and erection drawings, scrub red-lines, and create shop cards using AutoCAD under supervision, ensuring accuracy and adherence to detailing standards.

Education: Associate Degree in Design Drafting preferred; less than a year of related experience, or an equivalent combination.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree (2 year) in Design Drafting or related field preferred.
• Less than a year of related experience required; equivalent combination considered.
• Ability to read and plot erection details and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Read and plot erection details and drawings.
• Confer with Project Lead about shop card detailing priorities and review drawings.
• Create shop cards using CAD or modeling programs and ensure conformity to detailing practices.
