Honeywell Technologies is seeking a CAD Designer II for its Munice, IN location. You will create and modify detailed designs, deliver accurate CAD models and drawings, and support engineering and manufacturing activities on-site.

You will apply established engineering standards, support fabrication needs, maintain product data in PLM/PDM systems, and complete work within project timelines. Strong CAD skills and experience with 3D modeling are required.

Formación

• 2+ years’ experience using CAD tools while understanding drafting standards, and engineering documentation.
• 3+ years’ experience creating 3D models, assemblies, and detailed drawings.
• Ability to interpret drawings and apply basic mechanical design principles and established engineering standards.

Responsabilidades

• Create 3D models, assemblies, and detailed drawings.
• Apply established design standards and engineering requirements to assigned work.
• Maintain models, drawings, and related product data within applicable PLM/PDM systems.
• Support manufacturing and fabrication needs through accurate design documentation and responsive technical assistance.
• Support prototype builds and design verification activities, incorporating approved feedback into models and drawings.
• Follow document control and engineering change processes to maintain accurate, current product records.
• Execute assigned tasks within project timelines and elevate design or technical issues when needed.
• Follow established safety, quality, and 5S practices in the work area.
