Job summary

BAE Systems, Inc. seeks a Design Drafter to create and update PFD and P&ID drawings using AutoCAD and Autodesk Vault.

You will support engineering teams, prepare precise technical drawings, and manage document control with strict revision handling. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement design changes, maintain standards, and ensure all records are current, accessible, and compliant with established workflows.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• A two-year associate degree in Drafting, Mechanical Design Technology, Engineering Technology, or a related technical field is strongly preferred. Coursework should include CAD fundamentals, technical drawing, and industrial processes, with additional experience or training in AutoCAD and Autodesk Vault considered a valuable asset.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $46898 - $75035

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
