Baresque, a leading designer and manufacturer of wallcoverings, acoustics and fabrics, seeks a CAD Designer with SolidWorks and AutoCAD expertise in Texas. You will translate concepts into production-ready designs, prepare CNC-ready layouts, and collaborate with production for seamless execution.

This role emphasizes attention to detail and independent work in a fast-paced environment. Grow with a company offering mentorship, global reach, and a hybrid in-office then WFH 2 days after 6 months,

Qualifications

• 1+ years hands-on experience in CAD drafting for manufacturing environments.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans.
• Experience generating CNC-ready files for fabrication.

Job Description

Design & Drafting

• Create 2D/3D CAD drawings using SolidWorks and AutoCAD
• Translate sketches and concepts into production-ready designs
• Prepare CNC-ready layouts and DXF files for manufacturing

Operations

• Develop client-ready drawings using approved templates
• Ensure accuracy, structure, and efficiency in all design outputs
• Improve processes and collaborate with production for seamless execution

Customer Communication

• Coordinate with clients and distributors to process orders
• Maintain clear, professional communication across teams

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on experience with SolidWorks
• 1+ years of experience using AutoCAD (2D)
• 1+ years of CAD drafting in a manufacturing environment
• Preferred IT experience
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans
• Familiarity with generating files for CNC cutting machines
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently
