# CAD DesignerPack Square Asheville - Asheville, NC 28801## OverviewPosition TypeFull Time## Description**Responsibilities:*** Employ Civil 3D, Deed Reader Pro, and other software to draw surveys, plats, topographic maps, and worksheets; and create surfaces and points.* Utilize GIS for property research.* Ability to research rights-of-way, easements, and deeds from the Register of Deeds and other sources.* Draw As-builts and be able to compare to the plans.* Determine buffers and setbacks.* Create paperspace layouts as needed.## Qualifications**Qualifications:*** A minimum of 2 years Survey Drafting experience is required, or a combination of experience and education such as an Associate's degree (A.
