Job summary

The VELUX Group is seeking a CAD Design Specialist to provide CAD support for Product Care and Research & Development. Responsibilities include fit studies, tolerance analyses, and updating drawings from redlined specs.

You will interact with QA and the Model Shop, ensuring accurate CAD deliverables in a collaborative environment. This on-site role in Wells, Maine runs Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm, with an hourly pay range of $32.92 to $41.15.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in CADD or related field.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in the field of expertise.
• Strong mathematical skills required.
• Computer-Aided Drafting experience is required.
• Solid Modeling experience is required.
• SolidWorks experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide CAD support for Product Care and R&D.
• Perform fit studies and tolerance analyses.
• Modify drawings based on redlined changes.
• Coordinate with QA and Model Shop as needed.
