Job summary

Bell Cabinetry is seeking a CAD/CAM Engineer to support the production of custom cabinetry for Retail, Builder, and Commercial accounts. The role focuses on accurate production-ready drawings and CNC programs to drive efficient manufacturing of large-scale orders.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in cabinetry/manufacturing, strong CAD/CAM platform experience, and knowledge of CNC/G-code. This full-time on-site role offers growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years in custom cabinetry, architectural millwork, or woodworking manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with major cabinetry CAD/CAM platforms.
• Working knowledge of CNC programming concepts and G-code for woodworking equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a self-directed, production-driven environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed shop drawings and production documentation ready for production approval and manufacturing.
• Support continuous improvement of design-to-production workflows.
• Ensure designs meet quality, constructability, and production standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to deliver accurate, on-time output in a fast-paced environment.
• Meet defined productivity and quality metrics.
