Job summary

Goldbelt, Inc. is seeking a CAD Operator/BIM Specialist to lead CAD/BIM production, facilities information management, and update IFMS data to support CDC operations and long-range planning.

The role focuses on high-quality building drawings, BIM models in Revit, and collaboration with CDC A-E staff, project managers, engineers, and interiors teams to ensure seamless workflow and accurate portfolio data.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years CAD drafting/design and facilities documentation experience.
• Advanced proficiency with AutoCAD and building drawings.
• Experience with site verification and coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors.
• Working knowledge of Revit/BIM and IFMS/IWMS/CAFM systems.
• CDC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop complete building documentation across disciplines.
• Conduct site verifications and maintain as-built CAD libraries.
• Upload documentation into IFMS and manage data quality.
• Prepare and review Revit models; support BIM manager.
• Coordinate with CDC A-E staff and contractors.
• Ensure BIM workflow integration with stakeholders.
• Assist in portfolio planning using BIM/IFMS data.
