Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with cable solutions for server or storage products preferred.
• Project or program coordination experience is a plus.
• Ability to build constructive working relationships with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Strong teamwork and cross-functional communication skills.
• Working knowledge of high-speed cables, power-safety requirements, and RoHS, or willingness to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Participate in cross-functional teams with Engineering, Commodity Management, Supply Chain, and Quality.
• Partner with design engineering and operations to identify, document, and help mitigate program risks.
• Support planning and execution of engineering development builds through production ramp.
• Review vendor specifications.
• Assist with product qualification plans.
• Enter data accurately into company systems.
• Support Sales, Engineering, and Procurement on customer-related cable issues.
• Coordinate with system teams on cable requirements and solution options.
• Track open issues and follow through with internal and supplier teams until resolution.
