Job summary

Ghostrock, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, seeks a Cable Manufacturing Quality Control Technician in Charleston, SC. The role focuses on parts inspection, cable assemblies, and process verification to support government contracting initiatives.

You will audit SOPs, log defect metrics, draft NCRs, and interpret blueprints with CAD support. A minimum Bachelor's degree and active Secret clearance are required, with familiarity with IPC/WHMA-A-620, MIL-STD-2003, and J-STD-001 preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Experience with IPC/WHMA-A-620, MIL-STD-2003, MIL-STD-2042, J-STD-001 preferred.
• Experience in ISO 9001:2015 quality environments.
• Experience inspecting cable harnesses, connectors, and parts.

Responsibilities

• Physically inspect parts, cable harnesses, and connectors.
• Audit SOPs, log defect metrics, and draft NCRs.
• Interpret blueprints/schematics and verify drawings.
• Operate calibrated measurement tools and maintain records.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and process controls.
