Job summary

Paycom - ATS in the United States is seeking a manufacturing machine operator responsible for setup, operation, and monitoring of production equipment. You will follow standard work, verify tooling, and ensure safety guards are in place.

You will handle materials, perform quality checks, document results, and communicate with QA and shifts. The role requires attention to detail, ability to lift up to 35 pounds, and adherence to PPE and lockout/tagout procedures.

Qualifications

• Requires high attention to detail to prevent production errors.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience as a manufacturing machine operator is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machines per job specifications.
• Verify materials and tooling loaded correctly.
• Perform pre-operational checks and ensure safety guards in place.
• Load/unload materials and stage per job traveler.
• Record production data and pass down in-process conditions.
• Communicate status and issues to QA or supervisors.
• Perform light maintenance and keep area clean.
• Follow lockout/tagout and PPE protocols.
