Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience as a manufacturing machine operator is desirable.
• Ability to follow standard work, process instructions, and QA documentation.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machines according to job specifications.
• Handle materials, load spools/rods, and stage parts for production.
• Perform pre-operational checks and inspect for safety guards.
• Monitor machines to prevent jams, misfeeds, or defects.
• Record production data, spool/lot numbers, and test results.
• Communicate status or issues to QA and shifts; pass down details at shift changes.
• Perform basic maintenance and keep work area clean and organized.
• Follow all safety protocols including PPE and lockout/tagout as required.
