Corning is seeking a Production Coordinator to lead the ribbon production flow on a 12-hour rotation schedule. You will coach floor personnel, coordinate daily production schedules, and escalate issues to ensure on-time delivery.

As a frontline leader, you will drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement, collaborating with engineering and maintenance to implement changes and training. This role requires strong communication and multitasking in a busy manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma with supplementary supervisory training.
• Certified and experienced Manufacturing Associate.
• 5 yrs. of service and/or experience in manufacturing.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Review production needs and schedule objectives with Team Leader and communicate to floor personnel.
• Conduct thorough shift handoffs and maintain handoff log daily.
• Identify and isolate problems and take corrective action with guidance from supervisor.
• Maintain interface with cable support groups and ensure quality of product.
