Job summary

Kelly Services is hiring a Cable Production Assembler in Middletown, PA for the 3rd shift (Sunday–Thursday, 10:30 PM–7:00 AM) with a pay rate of $21.25 per hour. You will assemble electrical cables, wires, and connectors, using basic hand tools, following diagrams and work orders, and maintaining quality and safety at a busy workstation.

Ideal candidates have manufacturing or assembly experience and strong hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks

Qualifications

• Comfortable working with small parts and using hands.
• Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work the full overnight shift.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical cables, wires, and connectors.
• Cut, strip, crimp, and connect wires using basic hand tools.
• Follow step-by-step instructions, diagrams, and work orders.
• Insert wires into connectors and secure electrical components.
• Inspect completed assemblies for proper connections and quality.
• Work with small parts and perform detailed, repetitive tasks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.
