A day in this role
You kick off the shift with a safety huddle, set priorities with Logistics and Maintenance, and walk the line to verify standards. A machine alarm triggers- your troubleshooting instincts kick in. You stabilize the process, then mentor an associate through a corrective action. Midday, you reconcile time and production records, review KPIs, and identify a cost-saving opportunity.
