Job summary

4Wall is seeking a Cable Department Lead to join our team. You will supervise Cable Department Technicians and oversee the preparation, maintenance, and organization of all cables per 4Wall quality standards.

Ideal candidates have experience in the entertainment lighting industry, solid troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. A High School Diploma or GED is required, with a track record of recent consistent work experience.

We are looking for a Cable Department Lead to join the 4Wall team!

What you will be doing: While every day is different at 4Wall, you will be responsible for supervising the Cable Department Technicians and preparing, maintaining, and organizing all cables per 4Wall quality standards and procedures. This includes inspecting and prepping gear before going out on orders and likewise when returning to the Shop.

What you bring to the table: Our ideal candidate will have experience in the entertainment lighting industry, good troubleshooting and repair skills, be able to take directions as well as multi-task in a fast-paced environment without supervision, have a solid work background (including recent consistent work experience), and a High School Diploma or GED.
