The Role

You’ll work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, operating specialized equipment to bring fiber and conduit into the ground.

• Operate Heavy Gear: Use vibratory plows, directional drills, vacs, and mini-excavators
• Be Independent: Complete daily tasks with minimal supervision once trained
• Stay Safe: Follow protocols to maintain a clean, organized, and professional site
• Exceed Goals: Work with your team to hit production targets through honest, high-quality work

What You Bring to the Table
