Qualifications

• Able to read blueprints and interpret complex specifications.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test cable assemblies following blueprints and specifications.
• Read orders to define operations, fittings, quantities and dimensions.
• Measure and cut cables to length with required tolerances.
• Operate swaging and crimping equipment and inspect finished products.
• Document results to ensure quality and production requirements.
• Maintain shop disciplines and support continuous improvement.
