Job summary

Kato Cable is seeking a Production Specialist to assemble cable and wire harness products, follow detailed work instructions, and inspect outputs for quality. You will work with a team that supports one another and continuously grow your skills in a clean, temperature-controlled facility.

Ideal candidates excel at hands-on, detail-oriented work, value reliability, and thrive in a team setting. Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Education or experience to communicate and perform duties, read prints, and use basic computer knowledge.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents relating to the job, function or assignment.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical equations.
• Ability to make decisions when identifying in-process problems.

Responsibilities

• Perform production and quality assurance tasks per established safety policies and ISO procedures.
• Adhere to quality policy and ISO procedural requirements.
• Maintain clean work areas and follow good housekeeping practices.
• Follow work rules, work independently and be flexible on assignments.
• Cross-train to fill in on other production lines or departments as needed.
