Job summary

Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring a Cutline Associate to support machine operations and general labor in an industrial setting in Marysville. The role runs on a day shift: Mon-Thu 6:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

and Fri 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m., with starting pay at $22 per hour. Responsibilities include bundling and preparing steel cables, loading/unloading trucks, and assisting the Cutline team with measuring, cutting, tagging, and organizing cable assemblies.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 75 lbs during shift.
• Reliable attendance with overtime flexibility.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing/warehouse setting.
• No prior experience required, helpful if you have some.
• Willingness to follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Bundle and prepare steel cables according to production specifications.
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring materials are staged and handled safely.
• Assist the Cutline team with measuring, cutting, tagging, and organizing cable assemblies.
• Perform heavy lifting throughout the shift (materials, coils, bundles, etc.).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
