Job summary

Sphere Renewables, LLC is seeking a diligent Production Assembler in Colorado to assemble wiring systems, cables, harnesses, and kitting according to specifications and work instructions.

You will operate hand and power tools, perform quality checks, maintain inventory at your workstation, and uphold safety and quality standards. The role requires good communication and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; background check required.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret assembly documents and drawings.
• Assemble electrical wiring systems, cables, harnesses and kitting.
• Operate and maintain tools safely.
• Perform quality checks per specifications.
• Organize stock and maintain inventory at workstation.

Job description

Sphere Renewables is a key component supplier for Renewable Energy with offices and employees globally. The focus of Sphere Renewables has been on Wind Energy and other renewable energy sources, and the supply of key components and product.

We are looking for someone to efficiently & accurately assemble wires, cables, & kitting according to specifications & work instructions.

Duties and responsibilities

Production

• Read and interpret assembly documents and drawings.
• Perform a variety of tasks to accurately assemble electrical wiring systems, cables, harnesses, and kitting. Including cutting, stripping, and crimping wires, connecting components, sorting, counting, and kitting components.
• Safely operate and perform light maintenance of tools required to assemble parts.
• Safely operate overhead and rotating equipment.
• Perform quality checks on work in progress and completed assemblies in accordance with quality specifications.
• Safely load assemblies and components onto racks and into crates.
• Organize stock and maintain inventory at your workstation.
• Inspect products for defects and damages.
• Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures and quality standards.
