6AM City, LLC in Melbourne, FL is seeking a Cable Assembler to build wiring harnesses and assemble electronic devices following IPC-620 and J-STD-001 standards. You will perform board-level soldering and ensure ESD-safe handling, contributing to production and test activities.
This contract-to-hire role offers a climate-controlled, on-site environment with opportunities to influence documentation and improve production processes, while maintaining clean work areas and adhering to IPC guidelines.
Join our team in the production of high-quality wiring harnesses adhering to IPC-620 standards. Perform board-level soldering to IPC-610 and J-STD-001 standards and assemble electronic devices following ESD standards. Contribute to testing electronic devices in accordance with technical documentation and provide valuable feedback to engineering for improving technical documentation and design for production and repair efficiency. Draft assembly, disassembly, and test instructions while maintaining a clean and orderly work area.
