Job summary

Parks Building Solutions in Raleigh, NC is seeking an Order Coordinator – Cabinets to ensure accurate processing of customer orders and on-time delivery. You will liaise across Sales, Design, Vendors, Warehouse, and Field Operations to manage the full order lifecycle.

The role requires 2+ years in related fields, ERP and MS Office proficiency, and strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 2+ years in order management, purchasing, project coordination, customer service, or supply chain operations.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review order packs from Sales and Design teams for completeness and accuracy.
• Enter customer orders into the ERP system and maintain accurate order records.
• Verify pricing, product specifications, lead times, and project requirements.
• Create and submit purchase orders to vendors in accordance with project schedules and customer requirements.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with warehouse personnel and field operations project managers.
