Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of cabinetry, carpentry, millwork, or related work.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment.
• Ability to read measurements and basic drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company vehicle.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and perform hands-on work.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, adjust, and service custom cabinetry.
• Perform cabinet assembly, trim work, measurements, and finishing.
• Handle warranty repairs, punch list items, and field modifications.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools safely.
• Communicate with customers and ensure quality workmanship.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
