Showplace Wood Products, Inc. is seeking a Sales Designer / Management Trainee for our Parker, Colorado showroom. This role drives sales, delivers exceptional customer experiences, and develops skills to advance into a Selling Manager position.

You’ll lead the full sales process from lead generation to design, ordering, delivery and service, with opportunities to grow into leadership and showroom operations responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in consultative retail sales or showroom sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up with customers.
• Willingness to learn design concepts and sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, identify needs, qualify opportunities, and guide through the sales process.
• Build relationships with homeowners, contractors, and customers.
• Conduct consultations and develop design solutions based on needs and budget.
• Travel to job sites to take measurements for design layouts.
• Create kitchen and bath designs by hand or with design software.
• Prepare pricing, product selections, and presentations.
• Maintain a sales pipeline and follow up with leads and proposals.
• Support showroom operations and lead distribution and scheduling.
