Job summary

Tharp Custom Cabinetry, a long‑standing Colorado family business, seeks a Design + Sales professional to pre‑qualify and close cabinet and related product sales for contractors, design partners, and retail clients. You will handle drawings, budgets, quotes, and ongoing client relationships from showroom to project completion.

Salary includes a base plus uncapped commissions, with mileage and meal reimbursements, plus health benefits, PTO, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or directly applicable work experience.
• Previous sales, lead generation, lead development, and customer service experience with a proven track record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and close new business with contractors, design partners, and retail customers.
• Maintain and manage customer lists, interfaces, and communications.
• Develop sales materials and presentations.
• Create concepts and final designs and drawings.
• Develop budget and price estimates and manage quotes.
• Create and manage customer development files and status.
• Collaborate with the Tharp team to deliver customer solutions and timelines.
