Job summary

Village Millworks is seeking a Product Engineer to bridge design, manufacturing and installation for custom cabinetry. You will create detailed cabinet layouts, generate material lists, support CNC programming, and measure sites for accurate field layouts.

Ideal candidates have experience with Innergy, Mozaik or 2020 Design, CNC familiarity, and strong communication skills to coordinate with production and installation teams in Greer, SC.

Qualifications

• Experience with cabinet design software (Innergy, Mozaik or 2020 Design preferred).
• Familiarity with CNC machinery and programming.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for field measurements.

Responsibilities

• Design & Engineering: Develop detailed cabinet layouts for production and generate BOMs.
• Technical Support & CNC Operations: Provide technical support for CNC programming and training.
• Field & Installation Coordination: Conduct on-site measurements and support shop production scheduling.
• Communication & Collaboration: Maintain professional interactions with homeowners, subcontractors, and team members.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow safety procedures and participate in training.
