Job summary

JG Custom Cabinetry & Design in Neenah, Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Cabinetry Engineer to transform designs into production-ready cabinetry, working closely with designers and production teams.

This full-time, in-person role requires 5+ years in cabinetry engineering, strong CAD/CAM skills (Mozaik preferred), attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects with team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years cabinetry engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of cabinet construction and manufacturing.
• Experience using CAD/CAM or cabinet engineering software.
• Ability to read architectural drawings and specifications.
• Attention to detail and accuracy; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engineer cabinetry projects for manufacturing and installation.
• Review and interpret plans, measurements, and specifications.
• Develop 2D/3D cabinetry drawings and production documentation.
• Create and review CNC and production-machine information.
• Collaborate with designers, production, and field teams to ensure quality.
