Closet Factory is expanding its installation crew to deliver custom storage projects. Installers transport materials from the Portland-area factory to client homes and install according to computer-generated plans created by Design Consultants.

The role emphasizes safe work, quality craftsmanship, and customer care. Typical day includes planning, installation, and coordination with clients, with 8–9 hour days and steady work year-round.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance required.
• Experience with hand tools and power tools a must.
• Background check clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Review plans at the client site and install per generated plans.
• Transport materials from factory to client homes using company vehicle.
• Install custom storage products, verify dimensions, and adjust as needed.
• Present finished work to clients and collect final payment.
• Maintain van and tools, and ensure safety standards.
