Job summary

Closet Factory in California is hiring full-time cabinet installers to build and install custom closets and related projects from start to finish. You will work Monday to Friday with some Saturdays, receive a company-provided vehicle and tools, and participate in ongoing training and support to ensure customer satisfaction.

A 1+ year experience, valid driver's license, basic hand-tool skills, and familiarity with the 32mm system are required; strong communication with customers is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years working installing cabinets or working with wood.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Experience with basic hand tools.
• Knowledge or experience working with 32 millimeter system.
• Ability to communicate with customers and provide customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Install custom closets and other projects from beginning to end.
• Create and install complete projects for clients.
• Ensure client satisfaction through quality workmanship and clear communication.
• Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and timelines.
