Job summary

Hansen & Company Woodworks in Minnesota is seeking a Woodwork Technician II for the HCo 2.0 Facility. You will turn machined parts into finished, install-ready cabinetry, reading cut lists and shop drawings to spec.

You will operate production machines, assemble drawers and cabinet components, and maintain a clean, safe station while keeping pace with the line. This full-time role offers a four-day work week and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Read cut lists and shop drawings with minimal supervision.
• Assemble drawers, cabinet boxes, doors, and hardware to spec and finish.
• Operate production machines and tools safely and accurately.
• Maintain fit-and-finish quality and ship-readiness.

Responsibilities

• Assemble drawers, cabinet boxes and cases, and doors — square and to spec.
• Install hardware and mount doors, drawers, shelves, and components to casework.
• Run production machines feeding assembly safely and accurately.
• Own your fit and finish and pass only ship-ready product.
• Cross-train across cells to help maintain line rate.
• Keep station clean, safe, and on pace for newer technicians.
