Position Overview

Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking a Cabinet Technician / Trim Carpenter / Cabinet Installer to work on home remodeling projects in Fenton, MI, and surrounding areas. Local candidates are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the job site on time, dressed in logo’d shirt and appropriate work clothing.
• Follow instructions from the project manager.
• Complete Trustpoints on every job.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area; clean up daily.
• Communicate daily with the project manager regarding progress.
• Work efficiently and effectively to complete projects.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong work ethic.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions precisely.
• Ability to drill for hinges, install doors and drawer fronts, and roll-out trays.
• Proficient in operating power tools such as table saw, band saw, router, planer, and nail gun.
• Ability to work in Farmington Hills and surrounding communities.
• Professional and friendly interaction with customers.
• Personal pride in quality workmanship.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and no physical limitations for job tasks.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
