Hireology is seeking a Shop Employee to join our manufacturing team in a fast-growing closet and home organization company. You will build custom products, operate woodworking equipment, read measurements, and help ensure quality throughout production.

The role requires hands-on woodworking experience, comfort with power tools, and the ability to follow precise measurements. Safety, accuracy, and teamwork are essential to succeed in a busy shop environment.

Qualifications

• Previous woodworking or cabinet manufacturing experience required.
• Experience with an edge bander and sliding table saw preferred.
• CNC operation experience is a plus.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure and follow measurements.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Reliable and able to work as part of a team.
• Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment.
