Job summary

Hansen and Bringle in Key West, FL is seeking an experienced Cabinet Shop Manager to lead daily operations in our custom cabinetry shop. You will supervise staff, coordinate production, and ensure projects meet specifications and deadlines while maintaining craftsmanship.

The ideal candidate has hands-on cabinet manufacturing experience, strong leadership, and the ability to read complex drawings and programs on CNC equipment.

Qualifications

Proven experience in custom cabinet manufacturing.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Experience supervising or managing a shop.
Strong knowledge of cabinet construction methods and woodworking machinery.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily cabinet shop operations.
Supervise shop employees and coordinate production schedules.
Read and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and cabinet plans.
Operate, set up, and troubleshoot woodworking machinery and CNC equipment.
Program CNC machines for cabinet manufacturing.
Work with Cabinet Vision or similar cabinet design/CNC software.
Monitor production quality, accuracy, and deadlines.
Coordinate materials and ensure efficient workflow.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized shop environment.
Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and provide guidance to employees.
