MasterBrand Cabinets, Inc. is seeking a Quality Specialist to audit products and raw materials and advise production teams to meet customer standards. This role emphasizes sustaining safety, quality, on-time delivery, and value in cabinetry manufacturing.

The Quality Specialist will inspect materials, interpret test results, and support continuous improvement initiatives within the MasterBrand Production System. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Read tape measures and measure parts.
• Identify parts necessary to assemble cabinet doors, drawers and complete cabinets.
• Knowledge of procedures for safe handling of hazardous chemicals and materials.
• Understanding of decimal, fraction, and metric calculations and conversions.
• Learn to identify cabinet profiles and colors involved in manufacturing.
• Uses electronic email and document management software, and imaging/measurement equipment.

Responsibilities

• Audit in-process raw materials or finished goods.
• Receive and inspect raw materials.
• Test, interpret results, and compare to specifications and control limits.
• Investigate out-of-specifications and recommend corrective actions.
• Train production operators and other staff.
