Qualifications

• Professional cabinetry, woodworking, finish carpentry, millwork, or similar experience.
• Strong understanding of cabinet construction and installation.
• Confidence using common woodworking tools and machinery.
• Excellent measuring, cutting, assembly, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.
• Someone dependable who takes ownership of their work.
• Interest in learning new techniques and taking on greater responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Build, assemble, finish, and install custom cabinetry for Sandy Vans builds
• Work from drawings, measurements, templates, and build specifications
• Operate woodworking tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Produce high-quality work with excellent fit, finish, and attention to detail
• Troubleshoot and solve challenges that come with building cabinetry inside vehicles
• Collaborate with our design, engineering, and production teams
• Help prototype new cabinetry, layouts, storage solutions, and custom features
• Maintain an organized, efficient, and safe workspace
• Help establish repeatable processes as Sandy Vans continues to scale
