Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Cabinet Maker role located in Monroe, WA. The Cabinet Maker will design, develop shop drawings, program CNC, build, assemble, and install custom cabinets and millwork components according to drawings, measurements, and specifications. Typical day-to-day tasks include cutting, shaping, and joining wood materials; reading and interpreting shop drawings; operating woodworking machinery and hand tools; and ensuring precise fit and finish of all pieces. The role also involves sanding, painting, staining or finishing, hardware installation, and basic troubleshooting or adjustments during installation. The Cabinet Maker will collaborate with designers and other team members, maintain a clean and safe workspace, and follow company quality and safety standards.

Qualifications
  • Strong woodworking skills, including safe and proficient use of hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery.
  • Mozaik Software and CNC programing experience.
  • Experience in cabinetry and millwork, including building, assembling, and installing custom cabinets or related fixtures.
  • Background in carpentry and spatial design, with the ability to read plans, take accurate measurements, and visualize finished projects.
  • Attention to detail in fit, finish, and quality control, with commitment to consistent craftsmanship.
  • Ability to lift and handle materials safely and stand for extended periods in a shop environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, reliability, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with shop safety practices and willingness to follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Previous experience in a cabinet shop or carpentry environment preferred; relevant trade training or apprenticeship is a plus.
