Job summary

A custom millwork company in Boca Raton is looking for a reliable and proactive individual to assist with daily production and installations. Responsibilities include helping with deliveries, organizing the shop, and taking ownership of tasks. Candidates must have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a valid driver’s license. This role provides an opportunity to learn and grow into more advanced woodworking or installation responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Basic understanding of low-voltage lighting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist cabinetmakers and installers in daily production and installations.
• Help with deliveries, pick-ups, and loading/unloading materials.
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and safe.
• Take ownership of your work — spot what needs doing and jump in.
• Learn and grow into more advanced woodworking or installation responsibilities.

Your role

• Assist our cabinetmakers and installers in daily production and installations
• Help with deliveries, pick-ups, and loading/unloading materials
