Job summary

Rodgers Wade is hiring for Cabinet/Hardware Assemblers in Paris, Texas. Responsibilities include using a router, miter saw, power drill/impact, and tape measure to construct cabinets and hardware according to drawings. The position requires construction or assembly experience and a team-oriented work ethic. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Pay ranges from $15 to $17 per hour, with Monday–Friday 5:00 AM–1:30 PM and possible overtime on some Saturdays. Great benefits and PTO available.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or assembly work.
• Ability to read drawings to construct units.
• Team player with a strong work ethic.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate router, miter saw, power drill/impact, and tape measure to assemble cabinets/hardware.
• Follow blueprints/read drawings for unit construction.
• Collaborate with team to ensure accuracy and quality.
