Job summary

Rodgers Wade in Paris, TX is hiring Cabinet & Hardware Assemblers. Experience in construction or assembly and ability to read drawings are preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus and strongly encouraged.

You’ll use router, miter saw, power drill, and tape measure to build cabinetry and hardware units. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–1:30 PM, with some Saturdays and overtime as needed. Pay rate: $15–$17 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or assembly work.
• Ability to read drawings/blueprints to construct units.
• Comfort using wood or laminates and tools.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints or shop drawings.
• Assemble cabinetry and hardware components using hand and power tools.
• Work with small teams to ensure quality and on-time completion.

What You’ll Do / Lo Que Harás:

• Ability to use the following tools: router, miter saw, power drill/impact, tape measure
• Construction or assembly experience
• Ability to read drawings to construct unit
