Job summary

Nassal is seeking a Carpenter Lead to support the Carpentry Foreman in managing shop-floor activities and coordinating production. You will lead cabinetry projects, ensure adherence to shop drawings and quality standards, and mentor team members during Friday and second-shift coverage.

The role emphasizes cabinet-grade craftsmanship, blueprint interpretation, and coordinating manpower, materials, and work sequencing to maintain safe, efficient production with strong QA/QC oversight.

Qualifications

• Six years of woodworking experience; management experience preferred.
• Ability to manage 10+ employees preferred.
• Cabinet-grade carpentry ability required.
• Ability to read blueprints/shop drawings required.
• Produce material takeoffs, layouts, and cut lists; CNC cut-files.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety regulations and PPE requirements.
• Assist Carpentry Foreman in daily shop-floor activities.
• Provide Friday and second-shift coverage for production continuity.
• Lead cabinet-grade cabinetry and related woodworking projects.
• QA/QC across construction process.
