The Nassal Company in Orlando, FL, specializes in high-quality cabinetry and custom wood components for themed environments. This Cabinet Grade Carpenter role requires reading blueprints, shaping precise components, and finishing surfaces to exacting standards.

You will operate saws, routers, and other equipment, maintain safety, and coordinate with leads and CNC to meet production deadlines. The position emphasizes craftsmanship and reliability within a collaborative team.

Formación

• Cabinet-grade carpentry skills required.
• Ability to read blueprints/shop drawings is required.
• Prior professional woodworking/cabinetry experience required.
• Ability to work independently and communicate with a team.
• Knowledge of various wood species.
• Ability to use measurement tools including tape measures, calipers, and levels.
• Advanced knowledge of hand tools and woodworking machinery preferred.
• Strong commitment to quality, safety, and production deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Follow all safety regulations, PPE requirements, and shop procedures.
• Build cabinetry and woodworking projects per shop drawings and production requirements.
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, project specifications, cut lists, and instructions.
• Measure, cut, assemble, fit, sand, and finish wood components using standard and precision tools.
• Use measurement tools such as tape measures, calipers, levels, and layout tools.
• Operate woodworking machinery safely (saws, planers, routers, drills).
• Inspect work to ensure fit, finish, quality, and adherence to design standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Coordinate with leads, foremen, CNC, and other departments to support deadlines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
