Overview

Cabinet/Finish is an intermediate to upper level role (Carpenter 3 & 4) within Trade Design Build's construction team, that will be primarily focused on cabinet installation, trim work & finish work. This position requires a high level of experience and skill with custom cabinetry and finish carpentry.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Safety: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and model safe practices.
• Quality & Conformance: A high level of attention to detail with strong proficiency and experience with installing custom cabinetry and custom trim details.
• Craftsmanship: An exceptional level of craftsmanship and drive to produce the highest quality of work.
• Schedule & Deadlines: Take ownership of assigned tasks, completing them efficiently to meet project timelines.
• Cost & Budgets: Handle tools and materials responsibly to minimize waste.
• Client Satisfaction & Professionalism: Deliver craftsmanship that enhances client satisfaction and upholds Trade Design Build's reputation for excellence.
• Job Site Management: Ensure job sites are kept clean and organized while executing day-to-day carpentry work.

Personal Attributes & Skills

Salary

$55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
