Job summary

CSD Custom Woodworks in Lindström, MN is seeking an entry-level drafter to learn our kitchen cabinetry process and grow into measuring, drawing, and packaging each job. You’ll train hands-on with a small team, work 8:00 am–5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with overtime as needed, and build real skill in drafting and design for years to come.

This in-house role offers mentorship from a veteran team and a path to ownership through experience.

Qualifications

• Early-career candidate learning drafting and design; grow into measuring, drawing, and packaging of every job.
• Hands-on training with our team to learn CSD's process and drafting tools.
• Commitment to quality and accuracy in every stage of cabinetry drawing.

Responsibilities

• Draft kitchen layouts into complete, shop-ready drawings.
• Assist with material decisions and complexity assessment before production.
• As skills grow, take on more of the drafting workload and independent projects.
