Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring a Cabinet Drafter for direct hire in Sauk Rapids, MN. Schedule: Mon-Thu 7:00-4:30, Fri 7:00-11:00. Salary range $50,000-$70,000 annually based on experience.

Must have high school diploma; degree in related field preferred. Proficiency with Cabinet Vision, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 2020 Design required. The role involves creating detailed shop drawings, elevations, floor plans, 3D renderings, managing submittals, coordinating cabinetry and millwork projects through

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, Drafting, or a related field is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license for project site visits.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed shop drawings, job books, floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using Cabinet Vision and CAD software.
• Develop accurate manufacturing drawings with all dimensions, specifications, and production details.
• Manage submittals, design revisions, project documentation, and drawing files throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate residential and commercial cabinetry and millwork projects from design through installation.
• Collaborate with clients, designers, builders, installers, and internal teams to ensure project accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Visit job sites to gather measurements, verify conditions, and collect project information.
• Calculate material requirements, production costs, and lead times to support accurate project planning.
• Assist management with project scheduling, workflow management, and profitability goals.
• Maintain organized project records, drawings, specifications, and documentation.
• Ensure all projects meet quality standards, deadlines, and customer expectations.
