Job summary

Employers Overload is seeking a Cabinet Assembler I in Newberg, OR. The role involves assembling cabinets with basic hand tools, inspecting components for defects, and maintaining a safe, clean workspace.

You would work Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–2:30 PM, with overtime possible and a pay rate of $21.00/hour, depending on experience. Temp-to-Hire with potential permanent placement is offered.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform cabinet assembly tasks safely using established procedures.
• Inspect parts and components for defects before and during assembly.
• Position and align parts in fixtures using basic hand tools.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstation.
• Meet production and quality expectations for assembly tasks.
• Complete production documentation and participate in inventory counts.
