MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is hiring for a Manufacturing Production Associate in Grants Pass, OR. You will work in a fast-paced cabinet manufacturing facility, performing assembly, equipment operation, and packaging tasks while maintaining quality and safety.

On-the-job training is provided, and opportunities exist to learn multiple processes. The role offers a second shift from approximately 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM with a starting wage of $21.25 per hour plus a $2 hourly shift differential.

Competenze

• Ability to read measurements and perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to use handheld tools and production equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work overtime as needed.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Assist with cabinet assembly and manufacturing tasks.
