The American Woodmark Corp Cumberland plant is seeking a dedicated floater for the cabinet assembly line. You will fill in for multiple roles, ensuring production targets are met with quality workmanship.

Responsibilities include using air tools and jigs, installing drawers and hinges, reading labels, and maintaining a safe, clean work area. Experience with basic math and measuring is helpful; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Identify cabinet types, wood species, finishes, and color variances.
• Use basic math concepts and read a standard tape measure.

Responsibilities

• Assemble cabinets to specifications using airtools, drills, and jigs.
• Install drawer boxes and dummy fronts; install rails/clips.
• Fold and install cardboard shelf braces and install hinges.
• Use hinging machine to drill doors and install hinges.
• Verify RFID tags and read production labels.
• Assemble packing trays and ensure quality standards.
