Job summary

Artisan Design Group in Phoenix is seeking a Cabinet Assembler to construct and assemble cabinets using various fastening hardware and woodworking tools. The role requires strong hand-eye coordination, proficiency with tools, and the ability to interpret diagrams and manuals independently.

You will conduct final inspections for quality, wrap and palletize shipments, and work in a fast-paced environment supporting our homebuilders and property management clients.

Qualifications

• Two years cabinetry experience preferred.
• Two years carpentry experience preferred.
• Proficiency in basic mathematical skills.
• Ability to comprehend and follow oral and written instructions.
• Competence in using both hand and power tools.
• Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
• Adaptability to fast-paced work.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Familiarity with using a power drill.

Responsibilities

• Assemble cabinets by accurately placing screws and bolts in designated holes to ensure structural integrity.
• Execute tasks meticulously and precisely to support company growth and quality standards.
• Pay meticulous attention to detail to identify any repair or replacement needs.
• Conduct final inspections to verify cabinets meet standards before wrapping and palletizing.
